Mystic Theory is…

Jeff Allen, an electronic music producer who has been blending elements of downtempo, ambient, and an eclectic assortment of other styles and influences to create a truly unique listening experience. He has been producing for nearly 10 years, and his style is ever-evolving and reaching new heights with each project.

His first exposure to creating music came when he picked up a guitar at the age of 10 and he has had a heartfelt passion for the arts ever since. Most of his songs first begin as guitar riffs and melodies which are then transferred to the electronic soundscape. Many songs blend live guitar recordings with electronic elements, creating a special blend of natural and synthetic sounds.

Today, Mystic Theory draws influences from other ambient and down-tempo artists such as Iglooghost and Emancipator, as well as non-electronic artists such as Alex Cameron and 65daysofstatic. He prides himself on his design of lush pads and ambient soundscapes which transport the listener to unseen dimensions of time and space.
